About Us
Delta Civil Engineering was founded in 2023 by Caitlin Paul, PE. After welcoming twin daughters into the world in 2022, Caitlin was not ready to step away from the engineering career she had spent years building - so she reimagined it by founding a firm of her own. It didn't take long for the development community to take notice. Demand for her responsive, hands-on approach grew steadily, and in 2026, Caleb Paul, PE joined the firm to expand its capacity and capabilities. Delta Civil is a family-centered business providing senior-level engineering expertise to development projects of all sizes.
Caitlin Paul, PE…
…is a native of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, and a graduate of the University of Alabama’s Styslinger College of Engineering. Her family instilled in her a practical mindset and a love for the built environment which she brings to bear on every project. In 2022, she became a mother to identical twin girls, Avery & Emma, and left full-time practice.
In early 2023, Caitlin founded Delta Civil Engineering as a part-time pursuit. Over the following few years, demand for her expertise became so strong she was joined in business by her husband Caleb in 2026.
Caitlin has worked on numerous notable projects across the region, including high-end mixed-use developments such as Taylor Place in Germantown and The Chartwell at Marathon Village, as well as healthcare and hospital projects across the country.
When not working on civil engineering projects, Caitlin can be found picking up behind the twins, or possibly planning a Disney World vacation.
Caleb Paul, PE…

Caleb’s experience spans a variety of land development sectors, from higher education to multi-family residential to retail. Notable project credits include the Fisher Center for the Performing Arts and the Frist College of Medicine at Belmont University in Nashville, as well as additional facilities on the Belmont campus. He has worked with clients of all sizes, from local investors to nationally-renowned developers, and brings a thorough, technical approach to managing and executing projects.
Away from work, Caleb is often seen playing golf (poorly), teaching & volunteering at church, or reading to the twins.
